Miguel Bolea, Head of Sales
Miguel has many strings to his bow and has accompanied BCP Tourbillons since 2018 in prospecting and defining personalized projects for our customers.
Alexis Graufel, Watchmaker & Conceptor
Alexis joined BCP in 2021 after completing his diploma work with us. “Value waits for no length of time” was written for people like him! At ease behind a PC, a machine or a workbench, he's one of the people who make us agile enough to respond to the most extravagant requests.
Andreia Bento, Project Manager, Logistics & Quality
Since 2024, Andreia has been bringing us all the experience she has acquired in the luxury goods sector in terms of quality control and monitoring, as well as setting up logistics flows. She is also in charge of project follow-up with our customers, and ensures that information is passed on to the right resources (both internal and external)..
Shona Taine, Watchmaker & Prototypist
Shona is a talented independent watchmaker to whom we have opened our workshop. Absolutely versatile, she offers her help on certain projects that require particular knowledge of artistic fields or musical complications.
Christine Schindler, Finance & HR
With an entire career in finance and HR under her belt, Christine is in charge of bookkeeping, from the procurement of the smallest component to the hiring of new staff.
Lilian Leprince, Watchmaker
Lilian joined BCP Tourbillons in 2023 to complete his BMA Horloger diploma. He works mostly in the workshop, but you can also find him in quality control..
Gabriel Hanne, Watchmaker & Junior Builder
Since 2022, Gabriel has been proving that “passion in the craft, puts perfection in the work” (Aristotle). Initially trained as a watchmaker like his brothers, he quickly revealed a real potential for design, and today he navigates completely naturally between his CAD workstation and his workbench to develop additional systems for the basic BCP movements.
